Altacode LLC ("we" or "us" or "Company), as a developer and owner of SpecAuto integrated web and mobile platform ("Application") provides this Privacy Statement to describe our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information received from Users of the Application and related products and services, including mobile applications, and all content offered as a part thereof (the "Services").

Introduction

This Privacy Statement explains how SpecAuto collects, uses, and protects your personal data in compliance with Armenian laws and app store policies.

By using the Application and offered Services, Users agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason, at Company’s sole discretion. Company will notify of any material changes to the Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Application website, https://specauto.am/en.php. Users are advised to check this Privacy Policy regularly for any updates. By using or accessing the Application or the Services, Users are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy, and provide their consent to our processing of their personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended later. This Privacy Policy is incorporated as Appendix 1 into, and considered as a part of Terms of Reference and Conditions for all Users, currently located at https://specauto.am/en.php .

Compliance with Armenian Laws

• Law on Personal Data Protection (2015):
  • Users must provide informed consent before data collection.

  • Data must be stored securely (Art. 10).
• Law on Electronic Communications:
  • Location tracking requires explicit permission.

Third-Party Services

• MapBox  
  Our Application uses Mapbox, https://www.mapbox.com, for online map service and GPS-location tracking. Mapbox GL is a suite of open-source libraries for embedding customizable and responsive client-side maps in web, mobile, and desktop applications. 

Security Measures

• Encryption: TLS 1.2+ for data in transit, AES-256 for storage.
• Access Control: Role-based employee permissions.
• Audits: Annual security assessments (aligned with Armenia’s Cybersecurity Strategy).

• SpecAuto Team: Ensures compliance, responds to user requests.
• Users: Provide accurate data, secure account credentials.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for User to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Altacode LLC, 23/4 Davit Anhaght Street, 0069, Yerevan, Armenia.
• Country refers to: Armenia
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the SpecAuto web platform, https://specauto.am/en.php  and associated mobile apps.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Driver refers to the users of the Application who want to list their specialized equipment and/or vehicles, and find clients via our Application.
• Customer refers to the users of the Application who want to find and rent specific equipment via our Application.
• User ("users", "you", "your") refers to either Driver or Customer depending on the context.
• Personal data processing refers to any action or set of actions that are associated with collection or fixing, or entry, or systematization, or formation, or storage, or use, or transformation, or restoration, or transmission, or correction, or blocking, or destruction of personal data, or performance of other actions with them, regardless of the type and mode of implementation (including, with the use of any tools of automation, technical tools or without them).
• Personal data protection refers to a complex of technical and organizational measures aimed at protecting information related to a certain or determined on the basis of such

• Personal Information: name, email, phone number (for account creation)
  digital copies of driver’s license and vehicle(s) tech passport (only for Driver, for account verification)
• Location Data: only with explicit consent (for GPS navigation).

Personal Data

While using the Application, User might be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify him/her. During registration all Users of the Application will be asked to provide their name, email, phone, hashed password; in addition, Drivers will be asked to upload digital copies of their valid driver’s license and technical passport of vehicle(s) and/or special equipment that they want to get listed on the Application.

User Rights (Under Armenian Law)

• Access & Correction: Request via account settings or email.
• Deletion: Submit a request to support@specauto.am.
• Withdraw Consent: Disable GPS/location in mobile device settings.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

In operating this Application and the Services, such technologies as log files might be used. Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile application each time you access the Application or our Services. Our log files help provide additional functionality to the Application and Services and help us analyze Application and Services usage more accurately.

2.  Confidentiality of Personal Data

1. Information relating to personal data that has become known to the Company is considered as confidential information and is protected by law.
2. Employees of the Company who have access to the processed personal data have signed a non-disclosure agreement, as well as have been warned of possible disciplinary, administrative, civil, and criminal liability in the event of the violation of the norms and requirements of the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia relating to personal data processing.

3.  Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
• To contact You: to contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
• To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
• To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us.
• For other purposes: we may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

• With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

4.  Retention of Your Personal Data
 

• Account Data: Until deletion request.
• Location Data: Deleted after 1 year (unless anonymized).

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

• Legal Obligations: Disclosed if required by Armenian authorities.
• No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell user data.

5. Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Other legal requirements

The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation
• Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
• Protect the personal safety of Users of the Service or the public
• Protect against legal liability

6. Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Security Practices

• Encryption: All sensitive data encrypted.
• Breach Notification: Users notified within 72 hours (per Armenia’s Data Protection Law).

Measures to ensure the safety of processed personal data:

• to ensure the protection of processed personal data the Company takes necessary legal,
  organizational, technical protection measures in accordance with the regulatory requirements of authorized state authorities (regulators).
• measures to protect personal data are developed in accordance with the requirements of the RA legislation, the Company's Information Security Policy and in accordance with the Company's technical capabilities. The responsibility to include such requirements in corporate documents is assigned to the developers of documents.

The Company, while processing personal data, is guided by the following requirements:

• the legitimacy of the purposes, methods of processing and the reliability of the data;

• ensuring the legality of the processing of personal data, that implies the processing of data with the consent of the subject;

• the correspondence of the actual and stated processing objectives;

• notification to users of information systems about the lawful and safe practices of handling
personal data;

• accuracy, completeness, reliability and safety of personal data in information systems;

• informing the subject about the processing of his/her personal data and the legally significant
consequences of such processing, enabling him to influence the accuracy and completeness of the data;

• permanent internal control of the processing of personal data, readiness for undergoing state audits of processes and systems for processing personal data.

Children's Privacy

• Minimum Age: 18

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 we take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

7.  Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Policy, as well as all amendments to it, are approved by the Company and become effective
from the date of publication on the Application website https://specauto.am/en.php . If the provisions of this Policy are contrary to the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the relevant provisions of the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia shall prevail.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
